Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rapid RX services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services

Rapid RX provides medical courier and logistics services including but not limited to same-day delivery, scheduled routes, and temperature-controlled transport for healthcare organizations.

Prohibited Items

The following items are restricted and may not be shipped with Rapid RX:

Firearms and weapons
Fireworks and explosives
Tobacco products
Flammable, dangerous, or hazardous materials (except dry ice)
Open beverage containers
Human corpses and/or cremated remains
Used hypodermic needles, syringes, or medical waste
Stolen goods or items you do not have permission to ship

Packaging Requirements

All items must be properly packaged and ready for delivery when the driver arrives. Fragile items should be protected with shock-absorbing materials. Drivers may refuse pickup of improperly packaged items.

Liability

Rapid RX liability for loss or damage is limited as specified in your service agreement. Additional insurance options are available for high-value shipments.
